Strategic HRBP for Consulting - Hybrid & Global Impact

Baringa is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Global HRBP team. You will lead the people strategy for multiple sectors within our Consulting business, partnering with senior leaders to drive outcomes and manage workforce planning, employee relations, and change initiatives.

You will work with the Reward, Recruitment and L&D teams to deliver sector-specific People Plans and ensure alignment with business priorities.
