Strategic HRBP & DIB Champion (Hybrid)

Capital One Europe is seeking an HR Business Partner to translate business needs into people initiatives and talent strategies. You will influence the business as a strategic advisor, reporting to the Head of HRBP & DIB, and support learning, development planning and DIB initiatives.

The role requires 4+ years in HRBP, strong stakeholder management, and experience in global organisations. Hybrid work from London or Nottingham.
