Strategic HRBP - Drive People Strategy (FTC 10m)

AXA Partners in Redhill (UK) is seeking a HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract of 10 months to partner with the Leadership team to design and deliver the people plan in support of the business strategy.

The role spans strategy, organisational design, talent management, culture, data analysis and employee relations, with a hybrid working pattern of three onsite days per week and a competitive benefits package.
