Strategic HRBP - Children's Division (Hybrid)

Essential Employment is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Childrens division in Harrow. The role is hybrid and on a temporary contract basis, with a pay rate of £24.81 per hour (PAYE). The postholder will lead strategic HRBP support, handle complex casework, and drive policy development across directorates.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proactive leadership, knowledge of latest HR policies, and will report on policy changes while possibly line managing HR staff.
