Strategic HR Partner to Senior Leaders (12m FTC)

National Highways is recruiting a HR People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the People Strategy and partner with a broad range of stakeholders across the business. The role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and covers cycle activities across engagement, performance, talent and employee relations.

The successful candidate will work in a client-facing capacity, travel may be required, and will bring CIPD-level qualifications and strong advisory skills to drive HR
