Strategic HR Partner Global Medical Devices

Hero Recruitment is assisting a leading global medical device manufacturer with sites in Limerick and Cork to hire an HR Manager. The role is permanent and hybrid with multiple locations, and reports into site leadership.

You'll partner with directors and people managers, provide expert guidance on employee relations, and use data-led insights to shape a high-performing workplace culture across Limerick and Cork. A Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years HR experience are preferred.
