Strategic HR Partner for Change, Growth & Engagement

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with site leaders across multiple sites in the UK. You will develop people plans to support performance and growth and provide expert advice on employee relations, organisational change, and performance management.

You will drive workforce planning, succession, and design activities, lead core HR processes including salary reviews, and use HR data to drive improvements.
