Strategic HR Partner: Employee Relations & Policy

NHS National Services Scotland invites applications for an Associate HR Business Lead within NHS Tayside People and Culture Directorate. You will provide specialist HR advice and leadership, supporting delivery of a professional HR service across NHS Tayside.

You will lead defined HR portfolios, develop policy, drive workforce change, and deliver expert employee relations guidance. Deputise for HR Business Leads and present complex information clearly to senior leaders and committees.
