Strategic HR Partner: Delivery & Transformation

Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) is seeking an HR Business Partner - Strategic Delivery to drive the People Strategy across the organisation and to lead initiatives from design through embedding. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure practical, sustainable delivery aligned to business priorities.
