Strategic HR Partner (12-Month FTC)

Galliford Try Group is seeking a HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover 12-month FTC) to provide proactive, commercially focused HR support across 1,800 employees. You will partner with leaders, manage ER cases, advise on pay/terms, and support workforce planning within the Environment and related businesses.

This fixed-term contract involves travel across sites, strong UK employment law knowledge, and a proactive, data-driven approach to people initiatives and performance management.
