Strategic HR Partner - Hybrid, Part-Time

North Yorkshire Police and North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to influence workforce strategy, support organisational transformation and partner with senior leaders across the organisation. This part-time role operates from Northallerton with hybrid working and occasional travel across North Yorkshire.

You will provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning and leadership development, using data to drive decisions and deliver
