Strategic HR Partner - Hybrid, Long-Term Contract to 2028

Wallace Myers International is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a leading multinational in Waterford, operating on a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role is a fixed-term contract through February 2028 and involves partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.

You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, talent management and workforce planning, while ensuring an excellent employee experience and compliance with Irish
