Strategic HR Partner - 18-Month Secondment (Hybrid)

PSD Scotland is seeking an HR Business Partner on an 18-month fixed term/secondment to partner with Directorates, delivering strategic HR leadership and direction. The role focuses on shaping workforce and people strategies to enable Directorate plans, with professional HR services across the organisation.

You will bring broad HR experience, strong influencing and written communication skills, and work in a hybrid model from Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow.
