Strategic HR Partner - 12-Month FTC (Hybrid)

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their People team during challenging times in a unionised environment. This role involves acting as a trusted partner to leaders, managing employee relations including disciplinary cases, and leading change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR, experience in unionised settings, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This hybrid position offers a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 and a possibility to become permanent.
