Strategic HR Business Partner: Talent & Inclusion

Capital One Europe is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a fast paced, collaborative HR function. You will translate business needs into people initiatives and talent strategies, acting as a strategic advisor to the business with a focus on DIB and learning, talent, and development planning.

You will work from our Nottingham or London offices in a hybrid model (three days on-site, two days remote). A CIPD Level 5 or a BSc in HR are preferred qualifications.
