Strategic HR Business Partner & DIB Leader

Capital One is seeking an HRBP to join our fast paced HR function. You will translate business needs into people initiatives and talent strategies, acting as a strategic advisor to the business with a focus on DIB, learning, and development planning.

You will work in a hybrid style from our Nottingham or London offices, spending three days in the office and two days at home, with a service-oriented approach to change and people practice across global teams.
