Strategic HR Advisor - Charity, Hybrid, 6-Month FTC

CAYSH is a purpose driven charity dedicated to safer housing and better futures for young homeless people. As HR Advisor you will provide practical guidance, support managers and lead recruitment, policies and employee relations in line with the charity's mission.

You will contribute to HR strategy, oversee HR processes, and collaborate with external legal advisory services while developing staff through training and development opportunities. Hybrid working in Croydon region offered.
