Strategic Highway Legal Counsel (Solicitor/Barrister)

National Highways is seeking a Lawyer within the Operations Legal Team to advise on legal operational matters arising from the day-to-day operation of the strategic road network. The role is hybrid with two days per week in the office at Guildford, Birmingham, or Bristol, and offers a diverse workload across highway law, regulations and enforcement.

You will provide high quality, practical legal guidance, manage external counsel, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to support resilience,
