Strategic Head of Workforce & Organisation Design

Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking a Head of Workforce and Organisation Design to build and lead a multifunctional team, shaping strategic workforce planning and organisational design. The role focuses on developing capability, structures and ways of working to deliver Macmillan's strategy.

You will use workforce data to drive decisions, collaborate with senior leaders, and create new approaches where no established model exists, with hybrid working and a London-based presence.
