Strategic Head of Projects & Estate (Hybrid)

The University of Winchester is seeking an experienced and inspiring estates professional to join us as Head of Projects & Estate Management. This role leads the strategic management and enhancement of our diverse university estate, delivering capital projects and asset strategies to support an outstanding student and staff experience.

You will provide leadership to the Projects and Estate Management team, manage budgets and contracts, and build strong internal and external partnerships to
