Strategic Head of People & HR Transformation

AQA is seeking a Director of HR to lead the People function, guiding HR strategy and workforce planning across a mixed, large organisation. The role is based in Manchester, permanent and hybrid, overseeing a team of about 25 and supporting 1,500+ staff across AQA Education.

The post holder will partner with the COO, Executive Team and Trade Unions, shaping talent, culture and organisational design in a technology-enabled, inclusive environment.
