Adair Limited is a property and construction consultancy with offices in London, Surrey, the Midlands, Leeds and Gibraltar, with further expansion into Dubai planned. We are seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with Adair's growth strategy.

This key leadership role works with senior management to deliver a strategic workforce plan, attract and retain talent, oversee HR functions, and ensure Adair remains an employer of choice.
