Strategic Growth Lead - FMCG & Retail Partnerships

Kenvue is seeking a Customer Development Manager for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region, based in Reading, UK with hybrid work. You will own the Waitrose P&L and drive growth across key categories including Baby, Healthcare, and Skin Health.

You will lead forecasting, build strong partnerships with Waitrose and internal teams, and identify commercial opportunities through insight-led selling while delivering sustainable results.
