Strategic Group Head of Talent Acquisition

DFTO Group is seeking a strategic, high-impact Group Head of Talent Acquisition to transform recruitment and strategic resourcing across the Group. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will lead a modern, high-performing function and shape executive and scarce-skills hiring.

The role spans London Waterloo, Birmingham and Leeds with hybrid working. You will drive modern processes, strengthen the employer brand, and use analytics to improve recruitment outcomes across the diverse rail group.
