Strategic Governance & Performance Lead (FTC 12m)

SGN is seeking Head of Strategic Governance & Performance on a fixed-term contract up to 12 months, hybrid/office-based in Farringdon. The role leads governance, performance and risk across Strategy & Regulation, advising the CSRO and coordinating executive delivery.

Secondment to cover maternity leave, you will drive strategy execution, board-ready reporting, and proactive risk management while representing the function in key forums.
