Strategic Fire Safety Delivery Lead (Remote)

Mears Group is seeking a Head of Fire Safety Delivery to lead the development, mobilisation and growth of fire installation and remedial services across the Group. The role focuses on creating a scalable operating model, building capability, mobilising programmes and balancing growth with safety and quality.

You will collaborate with operational, commercial, technical and support teams to identify opportunities, ensure readiness, and deliver commercially sustainable projects.
