Strategic Financial Controller Hybrid Role & Growth

Cpl Healthcare seeks an experienced Financial Controller for a site-based role in the tech/engineering services sector. You will lead the finance function, deliver strategic financial direction, and drive governance across operations.

The role covers monthly closes, robust controls, and collaboration with senior leadership to support growth. Reporting to the site Director and liaising with the global CFO, you'll mentor the team, manage budgets, and oversee risk and audit activities.
