Finance Manager - Finance Services Team
Corlann West is seeking an experienced, strategic and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our Finance Services Team and support the delivery of high-quality services across Galway and Roscommon.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for:
• Leading core finance operations including payroll, accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting
• Supporting organisational governance, budgeting and financial planning
• Providing strategic financial analysis and business partnering support to operational managers
• Leading finance systems improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting audit, compliance and public sector financial governance requirements
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Finance and senior managers across the organisation to support informed decision-making and organisational sustainability.
Position Finance Manager
Location Clarinbridge, Co. Galway
Reporting To Head of Finance
Contract Type Permanent Full-Time
Salary Scale Department of Health Grade VII
Hours 70 hours per fortnight
Annual Leave 30 days per annum
• Significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance role
• Experience leading and managing finance teams
• Strong management accounting, budgeting and financial analysis experience
• Experience with ERP financial systems and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• A full clean driving licence and use of a car is an essential requirement of the post.
• Experience within healthcare, disability services or the public sector
• Experience supporting finance system implementation, IFMS or finance transformation initiatives.
