Strategic Faculty Planning & Performance Partner

University of Portsmouth is seeking a strategic Faculty Planning and Performance Business Partner to bridge institutional strategy with faculty delivery. You will work with Deputy Deans and Heads to support planning, performance monitoring and data-informed decisions.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, governance support, and contributing to the Faculty Office Transformation Programme, with hybrid working and regular in-office collaboration.
