Strategic Facilities Manager - Hybrid, 6 Month FTC

BRE Group is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of the estate at our Watford science park. You will oversee outsourced services, budgets, and capital projects, balancing risk, cost and performance, with a focus on safety and sustainability.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and incident response, and requires driving improvements across facilities operations while building strong internal and
