Strategic Estimator - Tender & Costing Specialist

VANRATH is representing a forward-thinking construction firm based in Belfast seeking an experienced Estimator to join a dynamic team. You will prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive tenders across a varied project portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will interpret drawings, analyse specifications, gather quotations, measure quantities, and maintain cost databases to ensure accurate bids and on-time handovers.
