- Develop implementation roadmaps to deliver estate transformation programmes.
- Ensure property and facilities services are aligned to future organisational needs.
- Support compliant procurement and delivery approaches for future estate requirements.
About You
We're looking for a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in estates transformation.
You will ideally have:

- Strong knowledge of strategic asset management and property portfolio planning.
- Experience working with government property frameworks, controls, or similar regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and financial appraisal capabilities.
- Experience translating organisational operating models into practical estate solutions.
- The ability to balance strategic vision with delivery-focused execution.
Why Apply?
