Strategic Employee Relations Partner

Huntress is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner in Ashford, Kent. The role, offered on an initial six-month contract, requires a seasoned HR professional dedicated to providing expert guidance and driving best practices in HR.

The successful candidate will manage a range of Employee Relations cases, work closely with unions, and develop training. Candidates must be CIPD Level 5 qualified and possess significant HR experience. This position mandates four days on-site in Ashford.
