Strategic Employee Relations Manager (Public Sector, Hybrid)

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager in Cambridge on a 12-month bank contract, hybrid working. You will deliver expert advice on employment matters, manage ER Advisors and support senior managers with complex HR issues in line with employment law and policies.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to design and deliver bespoke training.
