Strategic Director of Nursing - Rehabilitation

Clontarf Hospital in Dublin is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership for the Nursing Department. The DON will ensure safe, patient centred care in line with HIQA standards and report to the CEO, deputising when required.

The role oversees 24 hour nursing services, staff deployment, quality assurance and multi disciplinary collaboration to improve patient flow and outcomes within a 2 year specified purpose contract.
