Strategic Defence Commercial Leader

MBDA UK is seeking a senior Commercial leader to act as the focal point for all commercial and contractual matters. The role requires strong leadership of the Commercial UK function, guiding teams, and managing bid submissions, contracts and risk across projects.

Frequent travel to Stevenage is expected, with hybrid working 2-3 days on-site. You will contribute to strategic MBDA UK commercial objectives, oversee customer interactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
