Strategic Defence & Marine BD Leader (Hybrid)

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for Babcock in the UK with flexible locations in Bristol, Rosyth and London. The role focuses on driving growth in defence and marine markets, building strategic customer relationships and delivering major campaigns.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape opportunities, and work closely with senior stakeholders to secure growth while travelling monthly to Bristol, Rosyth, and London with international travel to New Zealand as needed.
