Strategic Construction Commercial Manager

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Commercial Manager to shape our commercial approach, manage high-value contracts and supplier relationships, and deliver value for money across our housing portfolio.

You will develop commercial strategies, lead negotiations and performance management, drive continuous improvement, support contract renewals, and mentor the In House Construction Commercial Team to meet demanding objectives across multiple schemes and locations.
