Strategic Chief of Staff for Group CFO (Remote)

Monzo is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Group CFO and the Finance leadership, coordinating across 250+ finance professionals to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

You will develop data-driven narratives for decision-making, prepare materials for the Leadership Team, and ensure initiatives stay on track while removing roadblocks through cross-functional collaboration.
