Strategic Change & Employee Relations Lead (Hybrid, London)

Oakleaf Partnership in London is partnering with a global technology organisation to recruit a Senior Manager, Change & Employee Relations on an 18 month fixed term contract, based in Hammersmith with hybrid working (3 days in the office).

You will lead the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence, drive change programmes and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high profile people projects across multiple European markets in a fast paced environment.
