Strategic CFO - Hybrid, Arts & Charity Sector

The Old Vic seeks a Chief Financial Officer to shape financial strategy, governance and risk across the theatre. The role combines day-to-day financial management with strategic leadership and trust-based governance, ensuring statutory compliance and robust controls.

The CFO will guide budgeting, planning and reporting, work with the Board on governance, and lead a multi-year IT strategy to strengthen cyber security, data quality and future readiness while supporting artistic aims.
