Strategic Capability & Workforce Transformation Lead

Harvey Nash Group is seeking a Capability & Workforce Planning Lead on a six-month contract inside IR35. The role will drive the capability workstream of a large IT transformation, ensuring the organisation has the skills and structure to deliver its technology strategy.

You will map current capability, define future requirements, and work with HR and senior technology stakeholders to implement job families and competency standards across key roles.
