Your primary focus will be driving growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships to support our long-term expansion. You will be pivotal in crafting and implementing business strategies, fostering strong partnerships, and unlocking revenue streams to meet regional and global market needs.
Expertise in product development will be vital for aligning our targeted propositions with core areas such as education, employability, skills training, and community support. This role ensures our offerings are relevant and impactful.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or management consulting. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 to £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with benefits including:

Location: Greater London area. Remote/mobile working. Willingness to travel to customer sites required.
Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
