Strategic Business Design Lead - Public Sector Transformation

La-Fosse-1 in London is seeking a Business Design Manager to lead operating-model and process transformation for a Central Government programme.

You will map end-to-end processes, develop As Is and To Be designs, translate policy into practical changes, facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, and produce clear documentation for delivery.

This is a hybrid role with initial engagement through March 2027 and a day-rate of up to £635 inside IR35.
