Strategic Board Governance & Off-Payroll Compliance Lead

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking a Board Governance & Off-Payroll Compliance Manager. This part-time role reports to the CFO, acts as Company Secretary, and supports governance decisions and regulatory compliance within a not-for-profit NHS-focused social enterprise.

You will lead board development, oversee off-payroll compliance, and collaborate with the Executive Team to strengthen governance across IC24. Hybrid working with in-office Mondays and board days.
