Strategic AI Customer Success Lead (EMEA, Remote)

Triwill Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Ireland for a remote role. You will manage high-value strategic accounts across EMEA within an AI and data infrastructure environment, owning customer adoption, retention and expansion to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and technical teams, collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
