Strategic Account Manager - EMEA & North America

SoftCo is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio across EMEA and North America. You will drive customer retention, expansion revenue and strategic relationships with Finance and AP leaders.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services and Product teams to demonstrate value, manage renewals, and position new capabilities like AI Mailbox Management and Payments Automation. Hybrid work in Dublin is offered.
