Strategic Account Executive - Comcast Business

Comcast Business is in search of a new team member in the sales team. You're going to be an accomplished enterprise sales leader with more than 10 years of experience in success leading complex, high-value new business sales. As the Strategic Account Executive (internally branded as Account Executive), you will be responsible for the sale of Comcast Business Managed Service, SD WAN, Cyber Service, Internet, Video and Voice based services to large enterprise and strategic accounts, securing new logo and major expansion deals across enterprise clients that bring large, multi-year contracts. Being part of a dynamic team, you will drive sales using an array of prospecting activities and cultivation of relationships with institutions in UK and EMEA. You will also design and deliver live sales presentations to prospective clients, develop relationships with individual businesses and the community and positions the Comcast brand as key components of the sales strategy, in keeping with Comcast's touchstones.
Core Responsibilities- Architect and drive full-cycle sales campaigns targeting deals in high six-figure MRRs, coordinating cross-functional resources (solution engineers, product, legal) to close complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Formulate strategic account planning and C-suite engagement, and high-level negotiation.
- Build trust with C-suite stakeholders, craft compelling value propositions to enterprise leadership, and navigate formal RFP/procurement processes.
- Demonstrate your knowledge of Network Design, WAN technologies & designs including SD WAN, SASE, SSe, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice Network Technologies (including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN), Networking Protocols (with an emphasis on Layers 1,2, & 3), Customer Premise Equipment (voice & data), Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts and E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures.
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Through persuasion and negotiation, you will aim to meet your sales goals at the multi-million pipeline level while also exceeding quota attainment.
- You'll stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business services in the marketplace.
- You will actively seek to promote and position Comcast in the UK & EMEA territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations while actively generating new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
- You will retain your customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- You will also maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention, work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation with excellent follow up.
- Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports, as required.
- Attend out-of-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.
- More than 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with demonstrated success closing six-figure MRRs deals in the SD WAN, cybersecurity, and UCaaS space.
- Must have proactively advised customers on emerging tech trends in SD WAN, cybersecurity, and UCaaS, at an expert level to influence strategic decisions.
- Experience and credibility in presenting technical and managed service solutions to C Level and/or Strategic IT decision makers.
- Experience in working with and building a deep relationship with Channel partners (both direct and indirect).
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business using territory and account plans.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through the deal flow process to close opportunities.
