Home Bargains Store Team Member - Permanent contract. Salary £12.71-£13.00 per hour ( years: £12.71, 21+ years: £13.00), 20 hours per week, 6am - 10pm openings. Working hours flexible, evenings and weekends required.

Closing date: 13/07/2026.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide enthusiastic customer service.
• Replenish shelves, stock displays and keep the store tidy across fresh food, seasonal and other departments.
• Unload deliveries during fill shift and make stock ready on shelves.
• Operate tills, handle cash transactions and manage sales accurately.
• Support team members across Café, Bakery and Garden Centre areas.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, safety and company policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends (late closing).

• Ability to work in fast paced environment, adapt to different roles.
• Polite, professional, and committed to following company policies and safety.
• Must be available to work between 6:00 am-10:00 pm for all shifts.
