As a Store Team Member you will greet customers, replenish shelves and work across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.

Retail here is fast paced and hands on, with no two days the same. Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily we ask for flexibility with evenings and weekends - but we balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time they need.

Job Overview

• Provide enthusiastic customer service, assist with product queries and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work as a team to maintain high standards, stock shelves, and keep displays clean.
• Take charge during the fill shift by unloading deliveries and making stock ready on the shelves.
• Work across multiple departments, handling tills, cash transactions, and duties in café, bakery, or garden centre.
